'Jerk marinade ingredients: 1 onion 2 scallion including the green part 1 sprig of thyme 2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cinnamon 4 to 6 scotch bonnet peppers 5 minced garlic 1 tsp of fresh crushed black pepper 2 tbs raw honey 3 tbs olive oil 2 tbs soy 1 1/2 tbs A1 sauce In this video my ten year old daughter and I are cooking dinner.
