[재료] * 쌀떡 (200g) ,밀가루떡 (100g), 어묵 (80g) , 대파 (60g), 물 500ml, 삶은달걀 2개, *양념장 고추장 (60g) 3T, 진간장 (40g) 2T, 고춧가루 (40g) 2T, 설탕 (40g) 2T [만들기] 1. 쌀떡과 밀떡을 흐르는 물에 씻은 후 물에 조금 더 담가주세요. 2. 대파는 어슷 썰거나 반으로 갈라 길게 썰어주세요. 3. 어묵은 먹기 좋은 크기로 썰어 준비합니다. 4. 냄비에 물을 넣고 떡과, 소스 (간장, 설탕, 고추장, 고춧가루)를 넣고 보글보글 끓여요. 5. 육수가 끓으면 어묵, 삶은달걀을 넣고 조금 더 끓여요. 6. 양념장이 걸쭉하게 될 때까지 계속 끓여요~ㅎ 7. 맛있게 드세요~~ㅎ - Tteokbokki is stir-fried with rice cake and gochujang (hot pepper paste),chili powder, fish cake, sugar. * INGREDIENTS · Rice cake (200g) · Wheat flour cake (100g) · fish cake (80g) - 240g 4sheets · Green onion (60g) · Water 500L · 2 hard-boiled eggs * SAUCE · Gochujang (hot pepper paste) (60g) 3T · soy sauce (40g) 2T · chili powder (40g) 2T · sugar (40g) 2T * INSTRUCTIONS 1. Lightly rinse the rice cake and wheat flour cake under running water. 2. Cut the green onion diagonally or slice in half and cut into long pieces. 3. Cut the fish cake into bite sizes. 4. Add water to the pot, add rice cake and wheat flour cake and sauce( soy sauce, sugar, Gochujang, chili powder) and let boil. 5. Add fish cake and hard-boiled eggs and continue cooking. 6.
