'Tagines or tajines are one of the favorite Moroccan foods for Mor Acroenjoyed while living in Morocco near Agadir. The Moroccan culinary landscape is heavily influenced by the tajine in various sizes and flavors. Once I saw Bohemian Kitchen put coconut in one of his tajines. While I haven\'t tried the Bohemian Kitchen style tajine, I have seen Luke Martin of Chopstick Travel trying Moroccan tajine. The longer you are living n Morocco, and the more you travel, you will find more tajine variations, from the Atlantic coast to the Sahara desert. Here we serve up twelve tajines, both homemade and from Moroccan Restaurants. The Moroccan mom is the best cook in Morocco so we were lucky enough to try some home cooked tagine, including one made with meat from Eid al Adha. Eid al Adha is a holiday where livestock is sacrificed and meat is abundant. In this video Mor Acro shares tajines he encountered while living in Morocco near Agadir, octopus tajine, cheese tajine, kefta tajine, chicken tagine with preserved lemon, beef and quince tajine, calamari tagine, lamb tajine, goat tajine, chicken tajine cooked by Slovenians and a vegetarian tajine, I hope you enjoy our Morocco travel tajine tour, some may get sick of tajine, but for Mor Acro, it is always tajine time. Tajine is healthy, as long as you do not over do the bread. It is best made with fresh fruits and vegetables from the souk, as well as some fresh seafood from the Moroccan fisherman. Eat tajine, from sea to shining Sahara desert. Salam Bohemian Family, I hope you enjoyed exploring a staple of Moroccan cuisine, the tajine! Locations include Agadir, Tamraght, Aourir, Agdz/ Tamnougalt, Tikiouwine, Boiler point north of Taghazout.See also:
