'Brownie Recipe:  Ingredients: ⠀ ▪100g zucchini⠀ ▪45ml unsweetened almond milk⠀ ▪stevia to taste⠀ ▪1 scoop vegan protein powder⠀ ▪15g cocoa powder⠀ ▪10g coconut flour⠀ ▪2g baking powder⠀ ▪egg replacer (my brand calls for 3g)⠀ ⠀ For the frosting:⠀ ⠀ ▪1/2 scoop vegan protein⠀ ▪10g cocoa powder⠀ ▪2g coconut flour⠀ ▪stevia to taste⠀ ▪cold water⠀ ⠀ Method:⠀ ⠀ ▪preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius⠀ ⠀ ▪blend almond milk, zucchini and egg replacer⠀ ⠀ ▪in a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (leave aside half a scoop of protein)⠀ ⠀ ▪pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well⠀ ⠀ ▪place brownies into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes⠀ ⠀ ▪while they are baking, mix 0.5 scoop of protein with cold water, 10g cacao powder, 2g coconut flour and stevia until a frosting-like consistency is achieved⠀ ⠀ ▪top brownies with frosting and other toppings of your choice!⠀ ⠀ This recipe made 8 small brownies, the macros for each brownie are 43 calories, 5g protein, 3g carbs and 1g fat!
