Add a few spices like 1 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp chilly powder and salt to taste. - Mix it well to make a dough. Now cut the dough using a knife to make tikkis. - Once done, dip the tikki in bread crumbs and corn flour paste. Stir fry the tikki for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. - To make your homemade southwest sauce, mix mayonnaise and ketchup. - Now place the bun and spread the southwest sauce.
