
'Paan is everyone’s favourite, isn’t it? Well here is an easy way of making Paan Mousse at home! Ingredients: Crushed paan leaves 5-6 Fennel Seeds 1 tsp Rose supari 1 tbsp Gulkand 1 tbsp Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp Water 1/2 cup Whipping cream 1 cup Green food colour 2 drops Method: - Take the crushed paan leaves, fennel seeds, rose supari, gulkand, elaichi powder and add some water. - Grind the mixture to make a paste. - Whip the cream till its thick and add the paan mixture to it. - Add food colouring and mix well. - Serve it in shot glasses with layers of the mousse, gulkand and whipped cream.
