
'This is one of my top favourite exercises every time I train my backs. You easily optimize your lat\'s ROM (range of motion) in this exercise. Your wrists are in a natural position with less pressure. If needed, add biomechanical accommodating resistance by combine your torso\'s movement with your pulling action. In short, I highly recommend it for serious lifters.'
