My 30 days consisted of only eating McDonalds foods and I lost 37lbs. In the end my diet was far more effective than Iowa science teacher John Cisna and it involved no exercise. The weight loss was driven by the diet. What was amazing after my 30 days of only McDonalds food my craving for the naughty foods I used to eat had gone away. It was as if I re-wired my palate and my eating habits were now totally different. My weight loss continued after my McDonalds diet which basically saved my life. My month long McDonalds challenge was inspired by the famous fast food film Super Size Me. In the 2004 documentary Morgan Spurlock eats only McDonald\'s for 30 days. He gains 24lbs. My aim was to do a reverse of what Morgan Spurlock did, to my surprise I ended up finding my results were far better than I ever expected.
