'20 Minute beginner fitness routine - Number 1'

'I was asked by a friend to create some video\'s that are more suitable for beginners and people with a full schedule. I will put out a little series of 20 minute, high intensity, all body weight exercises. All you need for these is a little bit of time and some space to start working on your fitness level.   I also give lots of modifications to make certain exercises a little bit easier or a bit harder, so you can tailor these workouts to your own needs! Forgive me for my counting being a little bit sloppy at times, but I was trying to give as much information on proper form as possible while showing you the different movements.    Part two and three will come out in the next two days, so please let me know what you think and if you would like me to shoot more of these.
