
'John’s Workout Program 2017 – Lower Body and Shoulders: I’ve committed to do another Physique Show in June of 2017 and I want to share my personal workout program with you. My program comes mainly from Mike Matthews’ book, Bigger, Stronger, Leaner. It’s a new program for me and it consists of 5 lifting days. The program consists of heavy lifting workouts and it’s not for everyone. But, as part of John Garey TV and what we offer, I want you know what I’m working on personally and what my workouts consist of. I get questions about this all of the time. This is the Day 5 of 5 lifting workouts designed to train the entire body. In addition to these lifting workouts, I do cardio, and of course, Pilates. My whole program and my progress are featured in a program called, Take It Off 2017. It’s my own personal body transformation program.
