'Sharing with you our perfect chiffon cake recipe! It\'s soft, light, fluffy, and yummy :D We used ACC Chiffon Oil, Canyon Baking Powder, and Flavor-it! in this recipe. ​  List of Ingredients: First Mixture - 380g Egg Yolk - 360g Sugar - 10g Vanilla - 240g Chiffon Oil - 200g Water - 8g Salt - 14g Canyon Baking Powder - 500g Cake Flour ​  Second Mixture - 360g Sugar - 840g Egg White - 10g Cream of Tartar ​  9\" Matcha Chiffon Cake - 36g ACC Matcha Powder ​  Note: Add Matcha Powder to 1/3 of batter to dissolve. Combine with the rest of the batter. Use Flavor-it! to add flavor and color. Remember to beat the Second Mixture until medium peaks to achieve a moist chiffon cake. ​'
