'Sharing with you our perfect chiffon cake recipe! It\'s soft, light, fluffy, and yummy :D We used ACC Chiffon Oil, Canyon Baking Powder, and Flavor-it! in this recipe. List of Ingredients: First Mixture - 380g Egg Yolk - 360g Sugar - 10g Vanilla - 240g Chiffon Oil - 200g Water - 8g Salt - 14g Canyon Baking Powder - 500g Cake Flour Second Mixture - 360g Sugar - 840g Egg White - 10g Cream of Tartar 9\" Matcha Chiffon Cake - 36g ACC Matcha Powder Note: Add Matcha Powder to 1/3 of batter to dissolve.
