I use store bought frozen parotta but if you don\'t get it from your nearby stores you can use home made parottas too. Further you can deep fry the parotta pieces if you want more crunchy and crispy version of this recipe. Otherwise you can follow this pan fry method if you are diet conscious like me ;-D.
