If you love this how to make quick dinner rolls recipe with only 4 ingredients, let us know what you think in the comments below! #dinnerrolls #breadrolls #bread  Ingredients to make the best homemade Dinner Rolls you’ll ever eat: - 1/2 Cup Milk - 2-1.2 Tbsp Sugar - 1 Tsp Yeast - 1 Egg - 3-1/2 Tbsp Butter - 1/4 Tsp Salt - 2-1/2 Cups Flour - 1 Tsp Water  Milk and Egg Mixture for Dough: - 1 Tbsp Milk - 1 Egg   Instruction for making Dinner Rolls - Prepare The Dough: - Add the milk, sugar, yeast, egg, salt, butter, and flour into a bowl and mix them together. - It is much easier if you are using a stand mixer to prepare the dough. - In a stand mixer, just knead the dough for 8-10 minutes using the dough hook attachment. - In that bowl, mix the dough to form a shaggy mass of dough. - Transfer the dough onto a clean work surface and knead the dough until the dough become soft. - Only well-kneaded dough can produce soft and fluffy dinner rolls. - If properly kneaded, the dough should stretch, without tearing or breaking, into a thin membrane that you can see through. - If you are using bread flour it is easy to attain this stage of dough (it may take around 10 minutes of kneading)";" As bread dough contains more proteins than all-purpose flour. - But if we are using all-purpose flour, it may take longer to attain the right consistency.  Instruction for making Dinner Rolls - Divide and Shape the Dough: - Once your dinner roll dough is ready, divide the dough into 15 equal pieces. - For more precision, weigh out each of them to around 40g in weight. -  Roll each piece of dough into small balls. - Tuck in the edges towards the center and roll the balls into small round balls.  Instruction for making Dinner Rolls - Proof the Dough: - Let the dough balls sit in a warm environment for about 60 minutes or until they puff up and get doubled in size. - After an hour, brush the top of those rolls with an egg wash to make the rolls shiny and golden brown in color when they are baked. - If the dough passes the windowpane test and the one-hour proofing, then it is guaranteed that your bread will be super soft and fluffy. - Now they are ready to go into the oven.  Instruction for making Dinner Rolls - Bake the Dinner Rolls: - Place the rolls onto a nonstick, well-greased or parchment-lined baking tray. - Preheated the oven to 375F. - To prevent the tops from over-browning/burning, place aluminum foil on top. - You can also place the baking tray away from the heating coils to prevent this issue. - Bake the rolls in oven 375F for 18-20 minutes. - If the dinner rolls are underbaked, the inside will be doughy and they smell yeasty, bake longer, but 18-20 minutes should be good to bake sufficiently in most ovens.
